Grant Wilfley Casting, Inc. is on the hunt for Hudson Valley locals to appear as extras in the upcoming feature film NON-VIEW, directed by none other than Steven Spielberg and starring Emily Blunt.

Filming is set to take place in Catskill and Haines Falls on Wednesday, April 9 and Friday, April 11. The casting team is seeking extras to play hotel guests, diner patrons, and drivers with cars to help bring the scenes to life.

No experience? No problem! This casting call is open to all, as long as you’re at least 18 and local. Pay rates range from $181.50 for non-union actors to $216 for SAG-AFTRA members, with an additional car allowance if you bring your own vehicle for on-screen use.

While Spielberg’s name hardly needs an introduction (Jurassic Park, E.T., Jaws—take your pick of classics), his leading lady Emily Blunt is equally well-known for her stellar performances in A Quiet Place, The Devil Wears Prada, and Oppenheimer. If you’ve ever wanted to say, “I was in a Spielberg film,” this is your golden opportunity.

To apply, email nonview@gwcnyc.com with the subject line “HVFC Greene County Locals” and include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Preferred pronouns
  • Phone number
  • Are you a SAG-AFTRA member in good standing or NONSAG?

  • Please attach current, non-professional photos of yourself. Please include close up and full body photos.
  • If you have your own car to work with on camera, please note your car’s color/year/make/model. Please also attach a photo of car.

The only catch? You’ll need to arrange your own transportation to the set, and hotel accommodations aren’t provided. But hey, that’s showbiz!
